B.10 New game
If you just installed Populous on your machine, once you press new game you will be asked to play the tutorial. It's recomindable to do so, if you are a beginer. It's also possible that you watch the intro movie; watch it, it's epic!
After that, you will be sent to a solar system screen. Your journey begins on the first planet - the level 1. It's the outsider planet from the sun. The closer you get to the sun, the harder the levels get, and the landscape will change accordingly (eg.: water turns into lava, etc).
You need to play the levels one by one. If you are having troubles in a certain level, you can not play the next one until you complete that one first. You can, although, play previous levels again and again - and don't be afraid, if you lose on a previous level, it will not matter. The last level you reach is what matters.
There are special cases: the first case is the block of 4 vertical planets (from level 16 to 19). Once you reach those planets, you can play them by any order, but you can only move on once you've completed all the four stages.
The second special case is the block of 2 verical planets (levels 20 and 21). Once you reach those planets, you can also play them by any order, but you can only move on once you have completed them both.
Don't forget to use the SAVE GAME along your journey, both in the middle of the levels and when you complete a level.
Once you complete the 25th level, congratulations, you've won the game.
