D.3 Building, changing and deleting plans

To build a building, just mouse left click on that building, on the BUILDING PANEL, and place it anywhere on land with another mouse click.

Plans are white when place. In the moment of placing plans, white means the spot is good to be built on, while red parts means you are touching other buildings, water, shore, objects or sharp terrain. The plan must be totally white in order to be able to build on that place - one single red square and you can not place it there!

You can only build plans near your reincarnation site or near you tribe's built buildings. Make sure the plan isnt touching water or too near the shore, touching another building or objects like the reincarnation site or stone heads, etc. Also, the terrain where you build that plan must be somewhat flattened along the plan area. You can change a plan by pressing the spacebar - this will rotate the plan 90º, meaning you have 4 options. Also, the plan has a tiny arrow on it, indicating where the building's door will be. Some plans are not equal in terms of width vs length, meaning that rotating it will not only move the door, but will mean that they will fit in a short room only if in a certain position (balloon hut, boat hut and temple are the examples).

The boat hut is different from the others as it can only be built near water, in a certain position, so when building one, make sure you rotate it to see when it fits it. Boat hut can not be built on small puddles though - there must be a minumum ammount of water nearby.

You can delete a plan by holding SHIFT and mouse right click on that plan (take care because if one wood pile is already assigned to that plan, it will not be refunded. This is a strange way of making wood piles disappear! )

It is possible to kill enemy plans by casting some spells or atacking it with units. It's also possible to see plans both in normal camera angle and in worldview.

On this image you can see one hut or warrior plan placed on the left, one tower plan placed far away, and the player is placing a hut plan, but he can't place it on that place, because there are two red squares (too close to building alerts). This way, the hut icon of the plan has a red forbidden symbol. You can also see the door of that plan (turned to the right side).
