TheGabber is the Populous Reincarnated level designer, creator of the PopRe New Worlds. He was on of the main administrators of PopRe, but recently (end of 2014, start of 2015) he was kicked from that position by IncaWarrior duo to disagreements. TheGabber then started working on a new project (new Populous Reincarnated) with a crew of less than 20 guys (mostly programmers and testers). There is a theory that, since TheGabber left (or was kicked) from PopRe, he was sent the Populous3 source code (or a bunch of it), allowing him - with the help of his crew - create a new Populous game (or fix the original one). It is also known that his crew is developing their own matchmaker service and website, aswel as a Populous 3 free of glitches and bugs, and also a new Populous  with new content. Right now (July 2015) the new matchmaker or website hasn't yet been launched.
