The Colour Changer was "TedTycoon's" first Populous program which was was written in VB6 back in spring 2003. It edited the Populous level files and swapped the ownership of all the objects owned by two tribes. (e.g. all blue's objects become red, and all red's objects become blue) This allowed you to play in different bases and on different islands than usual. It was never released and was mainly just a testing application to show that it could be done and how the level files worked.
