The Spell Arranger is a small application that can alter the positions of the spells on the panel in Populous. It was written in C# in mid 2008, by TedTycoon. The program reads the process of Populous and sets specific memory locations to the desired choice. He wrote this after finding the offsets of where the game keeps the arrangement of the spells on the panel, it took him less than a few hours to write the program and was released on the Populous forums.

The program gives the user a graphical interface of the spell panel and allows you to left-click or right-click on the spells causing them to change and cycle through all the available spells. You can then force the changes where the program will overwrite the memory locations that contain the spell arrangement with the new desired arrangement. You can also make the same spell appear multiple times on the panel.
