One of the most awesome tools out there for Populous, created by Populous fans, this allows you to create (from the scratch) or edit Populous levels. You can chose how many tribes a level has, as well as trees, stone heads, spells, alliances, units, buildings, effects, and many many more. You can also make scripts for the AI tribes, but that requires some knowledge. After you level is done (or when you want to test the current work), you can save under one of the 25 single player levels and test it offline, or just upload it to an online test map, and play it with other players.
