This site was created by Vegeta, as a person who loves to mod Populous. He is a fan of modding of all kinds (sky, terrain and buildings textures, unit modding, creating new levels, backgrounds, etc.). He also started a Populous 4 project with few other people, but it didn't end (or is still on progress). He created this site to host his information about modding for Populous, but the site is currently down.
